• Current and all previous passport. Must be valid
•  Recent 02 photos must be white background non glossy (35*45mm)
• Employer covering letter explaining the purpose of visa
• NOC if government employee
• Personal bank statement with certificate 06 months
• Invitation letter if any
• Ticket and Hotel
• CNIC copy
•  Insurance
• Salary slip for the last 06
• FRC
• Polio certificate
