Tourist Visa Requirements:
- Covering Letter (Personal)
- 3 Recent passport size photograph White background matt finish
- Passport should be valid for at least 6 months and all expired previous passports
- Bank Statement of the last 6 months updated till date & Bank account Maintaining Certificate (Personal)
- NTN Tax Certificate and last 2 years Tax return Statement (Personal)
- If Self Employed then proof of business documents
- Insurance
- Confirmed hotel reservation/offer of hospitality
- Original Ticket
- Copy of CNIC
- If Dr (PMDC Certificate) ,
- Employment Letter (Staff Only)
- Salary Slips last six Months (Staff only)
- Property documents (If any)
- NOC (For Government Officer)
- Marriage Certificate (If Married)
- If Children traveling B form and school letter or any card evidence from School
- Family registration certificate (If have any )
