- Employer covering letter explaining the purpose of visit. Letter must be addressed as: To, the Visa Officer, Italian Consulate in Karachi –
- Recent Personal bank statement with certificate for 06 months
- Ticket and Hotel
- CNIC copy
- Insurance, please refer before issuing
- Salary slips for the last 06 months
- FRC and MRC
- Tax return for the last 03 years (personal)
- Polio certificate
- Pre appointment required to submit the application
