Business Visa Requirements:

• Visa form
• Employer Covering Letter explaining the purpose of visit. Letter must be addressed as below: To, The Visa Officer, Japan Consulate in Karachi – Pakistan.
• NTN + Copy and latest tax payment receipts. (Personal + Company)
• Recent Bank Statement of the last 6 Months till date with bank certificate (Personal +Company)
• Chamber certificate copy
• OICCI Recommendation letter if any
• Pay slips last 3 months
• Recent 02 current photographs with in a 3 month (size 45mm x 45mm) white back ground not more than three months
•  CNIC
• Ticket and Hotel reservation
• Current passport valid more than 7 months with all Previous passports
• If Passport 2 page showing Government Officer NOC required at time of Submission
• Authority Letter for submission and collection of passport
