Visa Requirements:

• PPT validity six months – opposite pages must be blanked (do not have to turn the page)
• Visa Application Form (FORM 22) completely filled & signed
• Photocopy of PPT – Clearly visible BIO page and picture
• Two recent photos (ppt size)
• nvitation letter from host or organization – clearly states reason for trip and applicants’ details
• Proof of financial ability (bank statement)
• Return ticket or onward ticket
• Processing time one week for ordinary visa and two weeks for referral visa
• Vaccination for Yellow Fever and Cholera (not mandatory) but necessary
