Korea Visa Requirements:

• APPLICANT DOCUMENTS

1. Visa Form
2. All Passports (must be valid 6 months from travel date)
3. Smart NIC copy (optional)
4. B-Form copy
5. 2 latest white background passport size photographs, non-glossy paper, dress color must be dark, without hat / glasses.
6. School card

• PARENTS DOCUMENTS

7. CNIC copies
8. Employment letter & Salary certificate
9. Last 6 months updated bank statement with A/C maintenance certificate (not older than 10 days from submission date)
10. NTN & last 2 years tax returns
11. Family Registration Certificate (FRC) copy
12. NOC for travelling on Affidavit (must be notarized & signed by both parents)

• SCHOOL DOCUMENTS

13. Covering letter (mentioning purpose of travel) (Addressing: To, The Visa Officer, Korean Consulate, Karachi, Pakistan.)
14. Last 6 months updated bank statement with A/C maintenance certificate (not older than 10 days from submission date)
15. Chamber certificate, NTN & last 2 years tax returns

1. 16. Letter of Invitation from Korea (Original)
   17. Guarantee Letter from Korea (Original)
   18. Other documents explaining purpose of entry
