• Covering letter (Personal)
• 3 recent passport size photographs (white background-non glossy paper, without glasses)
• Bank Statement of the last 6 months till date (Personal)
• Personal bank account maintaining certificate
• Employment letter and salary Slips (Employee only)
• Service Letter (if retired)
• Business Invitation letter and correspondence with Inviter
• Confirmed hotel reservation.
• Flight reservation (Ticket)
• Copy of CNIC
• All Previous passports
• Original Passport Valid more than 6 Months with at least 2 blank pages
• NTN certificate and Tax Returns of last 02 Years
• Family registration certificate
• Polio Certificate
